Placeholder text
Looking for Korean placeholder text? There is a separate tool for it.

How to use
Free to use with no sign-up, no install and no usage limit.
Choose what to produce and how much of it, and the text appears immediately. Copy it straight into a mockup, a template or a test fixture.
Placeholder text exists so that nobody reads it. Real sentences pull the eye into the meaning, and then a layout review turns into a discussion of the copy. Text that says nothing keeps attention on the type size and the line spacing.
The words come from a passage of Cicero that has been used as filler since the sixteenth century. Their distribution of word lengths looks like real Latin prose, which is why the block looks right on the page.
The familiar opening can be turned off. Leaving it on signals at a glance that the text is a placeholder — useful when a draft is passed around and nobody wants to ship "Lorem ipsum" by accident.
The HTML option wraps paragraphs in p tags and list items in a ul, so it can be pasted into a template without further editing.
Korean placeholder text has its own tool, since Latin filler makes Korean line breaking and letter spacing look wrong.
Nothing is requested from a server. The text is generated inside your browser.
