How to use
Free to use with no sign-up, no install and no usage limit.
Paste the text and the fixed version appears immediately. The direction is chosen for you: if the text already contains Hangul it converts to Latin keys, otherwise it composes Hangul.
Korean letters are not simply swapped one for one. Each syllable is built from an initial, a medial and an optional final, so the converter runs a composition automaton rather than a lookup table. That is why "gksrmf" becomes "한글" and not "ㅎㅏㄴㄱㅡㄹ".
Compound vowels and compound final consonants are handled, and a final consonant moves to the next syllable when a vowel follows it, exactly as a real keyboard would do.
Characters that are not on the layout — digits, punctuation, spaces — are left untouched, so a sentence keeps its shape.
Nothing you type is sent to a server. The conversion happens inside your browser.
