How to use

Free to use with no sign-up, no install and no usage limit.

Paste a list and it is sorted as you type. Everything runs on the text exactly as pasted, so a list copied from a spreadsheet works without cleaning it up first.

Natural order is the default because it is what people expect. Plain string comparison puts file10 before file2, since it compares character by character and 1 comes before 2.

Sorting is done with the language rules for the page you are on rather than by character code. That is what puts accented letters and Korean in the order a reader expects instead of the order the encoding happens to give.

Sorting by the numbers inside a line reads the first number it finds anywhere in the line, so "apples 30" sorts against "pears 200" by 30 and 200. Lines with no number go to the end rather than being treated as zero, which would drop them in among negatives.

Removing duplicates respects the case setting: with case ignored, Apple and apple count as one line.

Nothing you paste is sent to a server. Everything is sorted inside your browser.
