Add a PDF, type the text you want stamped, and every page gets it. Position, angle, size and opacity are all adjustable, and the tiled layout covers the whole page.

The text is drawn with your own system fonts and placed as an image. Most PDF libraries can only write the Latin alphabet with their built-in fonts, which is why so many tools fail on Korean, Japanese or emoji. Drawing it first sidesteps that entirely.

A watermark is a deterrent, not a lock. It sits as a layer over the page and anyone with the right software can peel it off. It makes casual redistribution awkward and traceable; it does not make a document secure.

Faint and tilted works better than bold and straight. At around 20% opacity the text is legible enough to notice and light enough to read the document through — and an angled stamp is harder to crop out than a horizontal one.

An image watermark takes a PNG with transparency. A logo on a white square will cover the text underneath it.

Your file is never uploaded. The PDF is opened and rewritten inside your browser.
